Sweet (Ocimum basillicum): Use as a mental and physical stimulant. Helps fight colds, coughs, bronchitis, headaches, muscualar aches, rheumatism, insect bites, nausea, cramps, fever, anxiety, depression, fatigue, insomnia, migraine, and nervous tension. Good natural insect repellent. Blends well with all citrus oils, geranium, and frankincense. Undiluted oil may irritate skin.

We do not recommend that the undiluted oil be used directly on the skin unless specifically directed to do so. Please note cautions carefully.
